Problem Registering PS3?

I've purchased {S3 version of Photoshop (never used or registered) and loaded it on my Mac OS10. When trying to register it I need to add the serial number for OS2 which I also have. But when I click to register it tells me it is not connected to the internet. Seems Adobe discontinued the registration server for PS2. How do I get around this so I can used mu PS3? Any help would be appreciated!
