problem to activate my products with my new computeur

we have a problem to activate my products with my new computeur. Message connexion impossible: this ID is always used by two other computers. I try to deconnect the other computeurs but I have a error message : pb this the time or with internet connexion but erything is ok....

Hi scharrier44,

Since it is not clear whether it is a perpetual license or Creative cloud subscription,in which you are facing the error for Activation,

If you have reached your activation limit and want to install the software on a new or computer, you can deactivate the software on the computer you no longer use. In the Creative Cloud, you sign out to deactivate your software. 

Please follow this link, it has all the neccessary steps for the error.
