Problem with App Manager

In trying to download PS CC, Application Manager failed and would not update, after first claiming that another instance was running.  I tried re-booting to no avail.  (I am upgrading from CS6, running Windows 7).

Hi Mike,

Sorry you're having trouble.

See if you can uninstall the Application manager from add/remove programs. Then get the Creative Cloud Desktop app from here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

After that you should be able to download PS CC.
