Problem with installing Adobe Air

I installed Adobe Air but at the end of the installion I get following message: 

Adobe AIR.framework is damaged and cannot get opened.

What do I have to do. I need Adobe Air on my Mac (OS Catalina) to open another program.

what link did you use to download and if there are more than one version of the sdk at that link, which version did you download?

I downloaded AIR on the official site of Adobe. There is only one version for MAC.

The Carrera Plan Tracker with uses Adobe Air to function is version 2018.001.001 (12.12.2017).
