Problem with Licence

Dear Adobe,

I was trying to contact you over probably not working tech support. I think a big company as Adobe should answer it's customer's questions because we are not buying 10,- USD baby software.

My question is:

I have a full licence of Adobe Production Premium CS5.5 for MAC but I sold my MAC and need to install the software on Windows 7.

Is possible to download, install and activate a Windows 7 version of Adobe P.P. CS5.5 with my MAC licence?
Or I must sell my MAC version and buy a Windows 7 version (a bit stupid way)

or I need to upgrade to a newer before I can do the OS switch?

You need to order the platform swap....

In platform swap....you need to contact Adobe suppot where they will place the fresh new order for you for your Windows , and will ensure that you deactivate and uninstall the product from the Mac.

The new order will be dispatched to you and it will have the fresh new installtion media and serial number for windows.
