My company bought a license for use Adobe Acrobat 9.0 WIN for two users (being me one of those two).

It's a TLP license "Acrobat Professional 9.0 WIN AOO License E (54026328)".

I have changed my personal computer and now I have installed Acrobat X and the serial number is not working.

(I can provide more details if necessary)

What must I do?

this license is for the Acrobat 9 pro and the setup you are running is the Acrobat 10 pro...and this could be the reason it is not working.

the serial number of one version doesn't work in the other version., you need to have the acroat 9 pro setup inorder to use this serial number.
