Problem with selection and "masque d'ecretage"

hi since today,

i make selection i modify the contour.when i transform or move my selection the selection move and there is a selection that stay where i made it(i have 2 selections)and impossible to earase it.

When i made a "masque d'ecretage" with a curv the link with the layer don't work.

Have i to make a reset or is there other solutions.
