problem with the installation disc

I been refer to customer service at the installation point because the installation process in the disc it's corrupt

After input the disc it came the auto play press it to run it came the

design press it and right after that it came the box the installer database

is corrupt.please contact Adobe customer service if this problem continues

and it pront me to press ok
