problema adobe creative cloud proxy firewall

Cuando estoy tratando de iniciar sesion en Adobe Creative Cloud, lo pongo para iniciar con google o con facebook, pero me termina saliendo que tengo que desactivar el proxy, la cosa es que ya lo hize, no entiendo porque me sigue saliendo, ademas de que cuando abre google chrome para verificar el inicio de sesion, me sale el mensaje ese de proxy, pero en la aplicacion dice que verifique mi configuracion de firewall. A alguien le paso lo mismo? necesito ayuda con eso
