problema serial activacion creative suite cs6

Desde el soporte me derivaron a preguntar aquí.

Tengo un mac muy viejo, que ya no seguiré usando, por lo que ahora al instalar la suite creative cs6 en el nuevo equipo un pc no me reconoce el serial. poseo dos seriales uno que era para pc y otra para mac. pero no me permite instalar ya que me dice que el serial es invalido

assuming you're using a valid adobe serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers), you have a mismatch between your installation file and serial number. ie, you can have a valid serial number, but if it's for program A and your installation file is for program B, you will see an invalid serial number message.

common mismatches are language/region (eg, serial number is for western europe and installation file is eastern europe), platform (eg, serial number is for a mac and installation file is win), license type (eg, education vs enterprise vs individual).  and one of the most common is using a program installation file with a suite's serial number. eg, using a cs6 suite serial number with a photoshop cs6 installation file. that won't work even though photoshop is included in that suite.

is the serial number for the north america installation file?  ie, because you're posting in spanish and your cs6 is an english lang version, it's suspicious for being a mismatch.

Pues no lo sé, ya que la primera vez que instale hace muchos años, funcionó sin problemas con la serial de mac. Ahora que quiero ponerlo en windows con su serial correspondiente no puedo

this could be my faulty memory, but i don't remember cs6 being sold with both mac and win serial numbers.  where do you currently see both serial numbers?

eg, is it in an original adobe document that you received with your cd that contains both serial numbers?  and, in fact, are you using a cd to install your cs6, or is it a downloaded cs6?

you're stuck with one long shot:  you could disconnect your computer from the internent and retry installing and activating to see if you're able to activate offline.
