Problemas desinstalación Premiere Pro

Question

Hola. Hace un tiempo instale el Premiere Pro, pero jamás pude usarlo. La instalación me dio como exitosa pero no aparecía icono de inicio, ni capetas por ningún lado. Por otra parte en el Creative Cloud, me figura como instalado, es un programa fantasma!. Cuando lo quiero desinstalar me da error y aparece esta leyenda:

Ya probé todas las opciones que me aparecen en ayuda para desinstalarlo pero nada funciona. Por favor alguien que me ayude, 
necesito instalar el programa correctamente

Natalia Chuky Exit Code 7 can occur when their is a file permission failure under the current User account. You can find details on how to correct Exit Code 7, when installing Premiere Pro CC 2017, at Error exit code 6, exit code 7 installing Adobe Creative Cloud. If you have any questions on how to implement the steps listed you are welcome to update this discussion.

For details on how to locate the install log see Creative Cloud download and install errors. The install log will contain additional details regarding where the file permissions are being denied.
