Probleme mit der Seriennummer

Ich habe CS6 auf einem neuen Rechner installiert und keine weiteren Installationen mehr auf anderen Rechnern, die sind inzwischen gelöscht, trotzdem werde ich aufgefordert eine neue Seriennummer einzugeben, weil das Programm bereits auf zwei Rechnern installiert sei.
Der Punkt "Aktivierung wiederholen, weil das Programm auf anderen Rechnern deaktiviert wurde" wird bei dem Button "weiter" ignoriert. Hat jemand bitte eine Lösung für mich.
