problems activating adobe audition 2.0

I installed adobe audition 2.0.. I registered the product using the serial number provided, but did not activate upon installing it.. the 30 day grace period has now come to an end and I've attempted to activate but all efforts proved futile.. I would appreciate some support in relation to this...

Your old license will no longer work because they discontinued the activation server for it.  They have provided a special version of Audition 3 along with a special activation code.  See the following to learn more and to obtain the download and the activation code.
