Problems Cancelling

The customer support is a joke.  I just chatted with one very frustrating agent.  I just want to see what my options are before my plan expires.  Apparently my only one is to cancel.  The "Plans" tab will not load.  I've heard this is a problem with Photoshop support.  Some even have trouble cancelling.  

The agent first said I have an active account, which I do. Until May 10.  Then he said my account is suspended!  What gives?? This used to be a good company.

Sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience.

The 10th of the month is your renewal date, so it may not have been possible to see other plan options, as the renewal was in process.

If you check now, you should be able to see the options available.
