Problems contacting Adobe support

I can't set up a Case file for the problem. I've tried both iMacs, as well as Safari and Chrome on both. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing. Here's a screenshot of what I've chosen in the three steps. Note that Community forums is the choice in Step 3. As for Step 1, I don't see "Creative Cloud" as a choice.

Ivor, you should be seeing the Chat option.  What security software do you have installed on both Mac computers?  Does it have any effect on the ability to accept cookies within a web browser?  The inability for a browser to accept cookies will often block any entitled options from becoming available.

It is possible to begin a chat session on a smartphone or tablet at Contact Customer Care .  I would encourage you to open a chat session there, Ivor.

Jeff, no security software installed. I only have Firewall turned on. I believe that I’m accepting cookies within the web browsers such as Safari and Chrome. But I do have the Safari preference of Blocking Pop Windows checked, so could that be causing the problem?

I could try the iDevices.
