Problems downloading CS5 Design Standard students edition on Mac OS X (Lion)

HI:

I just recently bought a students license for CS5 Design Standard.

I am trying to download the file as per the instructions on the mail sent but as soon as it reaches 2 GB dissapears from the download and it cannot be launched.

Can you help??

Did you purchase the software from Adobe directly?  If so are you trying to download the software from Adobe.com?

yes, from Adobe directly

Crperez80 the following steps will allow you to locate your download:

Log in to your Adobe account to download your software.

1. Go to Adobe.com.
2. Click Sign In (in the upper right corner).
3. Enter your Adobe ID and password, and then click Sign In. 
4. Click My Orders and then Order History.
5. Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
6. Start the download by doing one of the following:
7. Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
8. Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
9. Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.
