Problems installing Creative Cloud

Hello,

during the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud I always get this message:

That means in english:

"To fix this problem, Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary. Download a new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp and install it."

I've already tried to download reinstall it a few times, but without any success.... Also the usage of the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool did not help.

Does anyone have an idea?

Many thanks, Peter

Hi,

Please go ahead close all the creative cloud desktop applications and the processes.

then download the application manager from the link below:-

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

Now try using the product and it should work, If in case it doesn't

Please go ahead use the link below to uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop Application

Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app

And then install it back from the link below.

Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

And now try using the product.

Let us know if it works.

Also the logo is not black, it is grey....

Best regards, Peter

Step 1)

Quit Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Force quit Adobe processes like Creative Cloud , Coresync, Adobe crash demon....etc from Activity Monitor.

Location : Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor.

Step 2)

1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.

Once you had deleted Opm.db file , launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

Still same ?? next step

Step 3)
