I installed Photoshop Elements-10 on a PC computer from a CD which I purchased at COSTCO. I had no problems. After I used PSE-10 for a couple of weeks I opted to “show organizer only” by selecting the drop down menu at the top right of the welcome screen.
Now PSE-10 opens at the Organizer but, when I close down PSE-10 it doesn’t seem to completely close and I cannot reopen the program unless I do one of the following:
Shut down the computer
Restart the computer
Log off the computer
Open Windows Task Manager and close a portion of PSE-10 which is apparently still running
After I have done any of the above three actions, I can open PSE-10 again.
How do I get around this glitch. Although I can work with it, the process is unwieldy.
I have removed and reinstalled PSE-10 and the program is still unwilling to let me close it and reopen it without choosing one of the above steps
