Problems with my Creative Cloud Core Sync since the update

Hi since Creative Cloud was updated few weeks ago, I have had nothing but problems. When I open creative cloud it won't let me open any of the apps, the loading symbol appears then goes and nothing. It freezes my web browser, I can't open my windows start menu or nothing. I got an Adobe customer support to connect to my PC he was doing stuff for about an hour and finally got it to work and I thought that was it fixed but no, next day it was just the same as before must of just randomly worked that 1 time. So, I thought it must be something on my PC causing it to corrupt or something so I formatted yesterday fresh install and it’s still exactly the same only this time I know what’s causing it and can't figure out how to stop it. When I kill Core Sync everything starts working as normal again until CC boots it back up. I have tried deleting some of the files in Appdata folder and it just puts them back. I have tried disabling Syncing, but it still loads it. I don't know what else I can do so if anyone knows I would be grateful thank you.

    I must add that before the update Creative Cloud and all the apps worked perfectly it's only since this new update. Is there a way I can go back to the old version? Because I am paying good money for product I have not been able to use now for couple of weeks.

    My cloud was moved to the recycle bin after the most recent update. Thank you Adobe. What about the shared projects from clients now?

    I hate this update! I have had nothing but trouble with it. You should have the option to use what version of CC you want because not every version suits ever computer. This one is a jinx for me. Support was working on it for an hour earlier, yes they got it working but now I can't sync any of my fonts or Adobe Stock. I have been working 8+ hours a day for the past 4-5 months designing business cards, flyers etc and now I can't use the templates I have made without making major changes. When you're paying the money we pay for this you want it working right don't you.
