I have an account with creative cloud and have PS CC/PS CC(2014) and LR installed on my Macbook Pro. I have the account also on my Imac. However, when I downloaded the software it shows all the software is only on a 30 day trial. I can not find any way of activating the software on the second machine. What m I doing wrong please.
Bazzatee please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for information on how to resolve the connection error preventing the Adobe Creative software from activating.

Thank you but there is nothing there that resolves my problem. The T&C states that the my applications can be used on two machines. I installed Creative Cloud on both my machines but my subscription, which I have signed in to on both machines, does not seem to recognise that I should be entitled. As far as I remember I did not have to activate the software on the Laptop. If my monthly account is paid up, as it is, then I should have full access on both machines.

Bazzatee if the computer is unable to contact our activation server then you will be unable to exit trial mode. Did you have any questions regarding the steps listed in the document? Were you able to locate the host file successfully?

Ok I ran through the instructions and actually found there was a problem within the host file. I had to uninstall CC 2014 and LR but then they became available and installed fine.
Thanks so much for your help Jeff. Sorry if I appeared a little short but the frustration was getting to me.
