Problems with the installation process of the Adobe test applications.

I have problems with the installation process of the Adobe test applications. The process starts correctly, but it reaches a point where it stops, 21.5% for example, and from there it does not go further. Does anyone know why this happens? I have mac book pro 13" from 2016.
