Production Premium CS6 Serial Number invalid! URGENT HELP!

Hello there,

today i re-installed my Production Premium CS6 from my two DVDs. I entered my Serial Number in the beginning of the installation process. Ive got my serial numer from the licensing Page (LWS). The Installation was done without any problems.

NOW:

Then i opened Photoshop CS6. The program opened and everything was good. Then a small Adobe Icon popped up on my task-bar. "Activate your Product" and i was lead to the Adobe ID - Page. I logged into my account and wanted to enter the Serial i used for the installation into my products.

THEN:

"Serial Number invalid"

-> ive already chatted with the Adobe Support and they told me the programm is out of support and that they cant do anything for me anymore.

What can i do now ? Damned to use the 30 days trail version now as i BOUGHT the entire Production Premium CS6 ?!?!?!??!!?

And yes - i was connnected to the internet over the whole process.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
