Programs not opening/loading

So recently non of the adobe applications will open or load, ive uninstalled and re-installed the them (photoshop, illustrator, animate(flash)) and they dont open at all. I go into creative cloud to open them and nothing happens ive even unistalled creative cloud and reinstalled it too but nothing loads or opens.

reset your preferences -
