Prop Bitmap DLL not loaded?

What is this? Some things print others not so much. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Dell printer and still get this message. Why?

    I seen this, but not sure how to put this in a windows path.

    did you find the needed dll file?  if yes, then just copy the file to your windows directory.
