New Here ,

What is this? Some things print others not so much. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Dell printer and still get this message. Why?

Hello, I hope you are there. I had to go last week.

My printer name and number is a Dell 922.

What file and where do I find this file and what do I do with this file when I find it. Please help. There are some pages that I need to copy and I can not.

download the latest driver to your desktop: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/driverdetails?driverid=R102523

and then:

1.Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled 922ENA04.exe.
2.The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or
unzip to C:\DELL922. Write down this path so the executable (I.e.
Setup.exe) file can be found later.
3.The Self-Extractor window appears.
4.Click OK.
5.After completing the file extraction, if the Self-Extractor
window is still open, close it.
6.Click the Start button and then click Run.
7.Type C:\DELL922 in the Open textbox and then click OK.
8.Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

😞   Now look what I get. I have tried everything I can find, different ways to download tried them all still printer will print some but, not all. Like an email download letter or even some online web site documents. That's what started all of this.

is there a pattern to which documents print and those that trigger the bitmap error message?
