Proplem with download

Question

Operating System Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Old Mac Pro (Mid 2010). I can't install Illustrator from my Creative Cloud. Can I run the program on this machine anymore?

The program was still running last week.

if you have a subscription (not trial) for ai, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscriptionl programs.

if you have trouble downloading, use the alternative download site at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

with an older os, you'll need to install a previous (from current which requires os 10.14+) ai version. previous versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).
