PS elements trial expired, how install from Bestbuy purchase?

Two months ago I uploaded a trial of PS Elements 2018. That has expired. I purchased a box containing PS Elements 2019 at Bestbuy. I can't figure out how to uninstall the trial and upload the new purchased version (I don't have a disk drive). Help!

Completely UN-install your 2018 trial, then download 2019 and use your serial number to install

If you don't have a serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers, no letters) read below

Thanks, but I cannot find instructions for uninstalling the trial. I gave up on that and redeemed my code and I am downloading the new purchased version. I guess I’ll find out if it works.
