PSE 10 Plus Not Working

I recently bought an Elements Plus 20 GB subscription.  However, it doesn't seem like I have access to the Plus Sharing templates through the Organizer tool and Photoshop.com.  They still ask me to subscribe to Plus.  Any tips?
