PSE 2020 trial download won't work

I am trying to download a trial version of PSE2020. I already have PSE2014 and I'd love to see how the new version works. I keep clicking the "download now" button and nothing happens. I've tried reloading the page and it doesn't make a difference.

I'm on Firefox, on Windows 10.

    Yes, I did. I am sorry--I should have posted the outcome here. Turns out it was a problem with my downloads folder.

    Ladyinblack1964, have you tried using Edge or Chrome to see if you face the same error downloading Photoshop Elements 2020?
