PSE 2021 installer issue

Just upgraded to PSE 2022. After download I tried to open. I got an error message that installer was damaged. I'm running win 10, ad bocker off, tracking off. I downloaded again with the same result.

I also have Topaz software as an addon to my current PSE 18.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Ad blockers and script blockers are disabled. I've tried with Firefox and Edge. Any other browsers I should try?

Yes, I'm downloading from the page that has "Welcome to your account, Walter" at the top. The error message is "The installation cannot continue as the installer file might be dmaged. Download the installer file again." I know at least 1 other person requested a refund because of this issue.
