Purchase issue

Hello Adobe.com,

I have a purchase issue with buying Adobe Animate monthly plan from Bulgaria. I send you emails to you, but my emails has statut  Undeliverable that's why I post my letter here and I hope it deliver to you:

To the managers of Adobe:

My name is Dimitrina Georgieva, a freelance animator from Bulgaria.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had with the purchasing of a product from your company 

Firstly, your website led me to downloading a trial version of Adobe Animate . I applied for a job at an animation studio and I was hired, thinking I will be able to buy the program after the end of the trial. However, when I tried to purchase a monthly plan for individuals from your website I was denied. I contacted customer support and after having to explain myself to at least five different people, they led me to resellers in my region. I contacted the resellers one by one and none of them offered the plan I was looking for. The only option they offered me was a team pack with an annual plan which clearly does not benefit any freelance animator, such as myself.

Consequently, I would like to request a letter in which it is stated that Adobe does not offer a monthly plan for individuals in Bulgaria. I need this letter in order to present it to my employers as an explanation as to why I cannot work with them anymore even though we have signed a contract.

The problem is that it is not mentioned anywhere on your website that you do not offer the abovementioned plan in my region. On the contrary, there is even a portal for Bulgaria:

This is a problem not only for me but for all of the animators, art students,etc.  As of this moment we are denied the opportunity to work in our sphere by the lack of means. Please think about releasing the individual monthly plan in Bulgaria as it would help a lot of people and it would gain you more customers.
