I purchased "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection" for the Mac several years ago. I recently had a hard drive failure. After replacing the hard drive and re-installing the app, when Adobe Acrobat is launched, it asks for my serial number. I type in the serial number that came with the product and get a red "X" implying that the number is no longer valid.
I do not want to upgrade, but would like to use the software I originally purchased. Please help!
Thank you.
When I bought CS5 Master Collection, it came with two serial numbers... one for Acrobat, and one for everything else
Did your CS4 come with one serial number, or two?
