Purchased in a wrong account

So I have recently paid for Premiere Rush, but I have realized that I have purchased in the wrong account.

 

I have been using the free trial in an account REMOVED

but when I export it, it said that it requires an HEVC codec.

After that, I purchased the premiere Rush but in the account of REMOVED

It is the wrong account that has no savings to the previous project.

 

Could anything be done in this situation other than paying once more? Thanks a lot, please help.
