Buenos días,

Quiero cancelar la suscripción del Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year), pero no tengo la opción para cancelarlo. Como lo puedo hacer?

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Quiero cancelar mi plan pero me aparece una página en inglés que es mi país México  NO EXISTE...que puedo hacer yo no autorice el pago lo hizo un nieto sin saberlo y  hasta hoy me di cuenta por el estado de cuenta de mi banco...espero me den pronta respuesta

He seguido todos los pasos, que no concuerdan con lo que aparece en pantalla. Necesito cancelar mi suscripción. Me robaron el PC y hace dos meses que no puedo cancelar la versión para estudiantes.

No aporta en nada lo que aparece en la página. Me tiene muy frustrado.

Hola! Pudsiste cancelar la suscripción? Tengo el mismo problema. Alguien de Adobe te respondió??? Es increíble que una marca como Adobe no responda o no te de la posibilidad de contactarlo por otra via... indudablemente te obligan a renovar la suscripción, un desastre...

ENCUENTRO INSÓLITO QUE UNA MARCA COMO ADOBE NO TENGA UN REAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Estoy muy desilusionado en este sentido, he tratado como  horas cancelar mi suscripción.

Solicito se cancele el plan porque se activo el plan de prueba y después de dia cinco ya no usamos y empezamos a ver como cancelar hasta borramos y cerramos cesion pero como no aparecen las opciones que indica sus paginas, llego el dia 14 y facturaron algo que no quiero y no necesito. 

Para usar el plan gratuito bastantes facilidades pero para cancelar no tienen facilidades de contacto y las opciones que indican en sus paginas no aparecen en el perfil.

Cancelen esa cuenta que no la uso, no quiero y no me sirve.
