Okay so, I deleted the PS CS6 from my "F" directory and I wanted to install it in "C" but when I tried to do it I got that

"An earlier installation of this product was found. This Product will be installed at its original location."

hopefully, you uinstalled it and didn't delete it.

in any case, your best bet now is to run the cleaner:  http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer

then try installing.

well, I have tried a better thing. I installed it in the "F" again and moved it into "C" > Adobe and it worked lol

But you might not be happy with the consequences if you need to install an update.
