"Connecting to Server" issue for Installer download

Have been trying for last 2 hours and have been through all the Troubleshooting steps - but the Installer goes on "Trying to Connect to the Server". Please resolve urgently

Finally I have been able to resolve the issue after a Tech chat.

I had to disable the Firewall and Anti virus for the download.

As per the Tech: "Sometimes Anti Virus and Firewall's blocks the installation and activation of Adobe Applications as we have disabled them we are able to install. Once issue is fixed you can go ahead and enable it."

Hi, I have tried all these options but I am still facing the same - "Trying to connect to the server issue"

Which troubleshooting steps have you already followed?  It will save someone (and yourself) the trouble of repeating something you already tried.

Ned, have used the Cleanup tool process and the connectivity troubleshooting in this link: Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC

I am on Windows platform.
