Hi, have been unable to install the illustrator app. Error message "Installation failed.Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again". 'Learn more' link redirects to an ADS folder (with customHook, resource subfolders and ADS.pimx and Adobe Desktop Service.exe.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks
Thank you
before posting the question I did check the log files, but the only action suggested there was to rename a file. It was not clear which one.
After re-downloading multiple times the issue seems to have resolved itself.

Moving the location of the temporary file seem's to have solved this problem. I move it to, c:files and installation was successful after that.
It is located under : Preferences/ Creative Cloud / Files

Hi!
I had the same problem, but now I fix it!
I just got to C:/ProgramFiles and there should be a folder that made into a shortcut format, that can't really be accesed, called Adobe.
All you have to do is to delete it and then create it again by pressing right click :/New/Folder.
After all, the problem should be fixed!
Reply me anytime!
