"Installer Failed to Initialize" Error

i need help. Every time i try to install the trial for Adobe Flash CS6 Professional, it say "Installer Failed to Initialize" when it is almost done. I tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and asking friends. Nothing helps. I use a windows computer, and have Windows 10. Can anyone help?
