"The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed."

Having used my legitimately purchased version of Photoshop CS6 for years, I got this error message today:

"The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed."

It tells me to contact Customer Support, but the only option that is presented to me is to start a thread in this forum.

I'd be really appreciative if someone could shed any light on this matter. I use Photoshop for work! This is costing me money.

Many thanks,

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

I had the same message. I didn't need the you are revoked message after all these years and so I've now changed to GIMP. Free and the licence will never be revoked. I've enjoyed using Adobe these last10 years or so but if the customers are being treated in this way (I like a lot of others could afford back then but can not now) or be forced to move on to cloud (Don't like it, never will). I also like that I was able to reinstall my CS6 and then the next day when I go to use it find it is revoked. Then to add injury Adobe now says I joined just the other day. None of my products are listed any more and so just a waist of money. Thank you. Good bye
