rar file problem.!

i recently downloaded a user guide for my ployer tablet from ployer.cn, but can't open it in windows7, i keep getting the response, that it's a RAR file,help please, my 79 year old brain is in turmoil...ron.

rar files are files that are packaged for download ease. to use the contents of a rar file it must be unrar'ed (ie, unpackaged).
