We need help for windows 10

I am using Windows 10 and I'm getting the same error message,

error code: 6

the product I'm having a problem with Adobe Acrobat X pro

If you need further assistance , please mention complete exact error message you are getting .

Please see Error "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" | Install log | Read, write, system file errors | CS5, CS5.5

Unfortunately that fixes not applicable to Windows 10 and I am no closer to fixing the error that keeps preventing me from using my Adobe X professional, I even have the same problem if I load the latest Adobe reader.

I keep getting the same error message – error: 6

and then the PDF closes automatically as soon as you push ok
