I am also having problems with my computer after having it worked on. After getting it back my CS3 won't open says,

"You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help."

What can I do to get my CS3 back!?

Micheller84457632, sorry that your installation of Creative Suite 3 has become damaged.  What operating system are you using CS3 on?  What happened to the computer prior to CS3 becoming damaged?

What do I do if there's nothing under order history? Why isn't there a way

for me to find it in my original program I had?

I am sorry, Micheller84457632, I don't understand what you mean by finding the installation files within your original program?  Can you please restate what you meant by that statement?
