Actually not good to know for those of us who have been wasting time with your support chat and your phone support.

Lots of time wasted on a clearly Adobe issue.

This was the first time for me to download your CC Dashboard.

So NO OTHER apps have been installed so uninstalling is not a solution.

After chatting with your support this is a site wide pain for your company.

Real support rather then sending us on a continuous loop of did you do this?

Did it all and still nothing!!!

Tired and Frustrated!

Sorry for the bad experience you had while getting the issue resolved.

Kindly let us know the exact error message/code that you get while trying to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, along with your computer's operating system/version.

Did you try the steps given here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"​, if no, then please give it a try.
