Hello I have the same trouble.

I can't see any cancel option in my account. Sheena your link does not work for me

They automatically renew with almost 3 times of amount in Turkish Liras. I was paying 53TL now they ask 146TL without any approvel of mine

I want to quit subscriotion but how?

I tried helpdesk but they do not help me.

The chat finished before they do anything

Its not a good reputation such a big company
