creative cloud download stops at 42%

Livahairtr, the discussion you responded to is from 2014.  What specific errors are you currently facing in 2018?  What operating system are you using?  What steps have you taken to resolve the errors?  Which Adobe software title are you attempting to install?

error is 44% and stop downloading, i am using win 10, i have a speed internet connection, i try to format 3 times, and moved the folders inside  C:\Program Files (x86)/adobe to desktop but the problem still may be 55% come but then stop at 55%. then i am trying to download without clud but the same problem, then i formatted agin and i am noted there is folder for old windows i am tried to delete but it has not deleted even i clean up desk, then tried again to download and the same, please see pics...

Livahairtr, as a next step please review the install log to determine why the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application is failing to install?  Information on how to locate the installation log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors .  Please post any errors you discover to this public forum discussion.
