Hi, Jeff!

I am in chat right now with Adobe support, describing my workflow and requesting that I be granted the ability to use it on three computers, and they are telling me that this is absolutely never allowed.  I have asked about your post here, and they are simply saying it is incorrect and this is never permitted.

Hate to hijack a thread, but I am in the same boat.  PC at work. PC at home. Laptop for working on the road, at client offices, meetings, etc.

Yes, I get it, signing out and in works, but man it is tedious. Can't the system see that I'm not working on the apps at the same time?  That it's just one person - 3 computers? 

I was on chat several times even sent a screen shot and zippo.  Seems like overseas support doesn't have the right workflow process to get this done. Help!

Very simple... support can't do something that the licensing system does not allow

Allowing 3 active computers at the same time instead of 2 computers would require that Adobe make a change to the licensing system

Chat support can't do that, and I don't think that any staff who respond here can do that either... that is a corporate decision
