Re: Error code 207 "The server is not responding..." while downloading creative cloud app.

I get error 207 and nothing is given in the link you mentioned. What's the error solution?

Its not working for me. I've Symantec Endpoint antivirus on my laptop and allowed the traffic  for adobe product in application settings.

Anything else I can do?

Hi Raginisrao,

Error 207 means that the responses from the server are failing to be received by the computer.

I would recommend you to try alternate network connections and also try temporarily disabling firewall and internet security/anti-virus software until installation is complete. Details on Error 207 can be found at Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues.
