Hello, the steps on my Mac did not work at all. I used the cleanup tool but the Host File clean up shows "0 Resolved". I also tried to manually find the host file, to no avail. Please help as I tried everything!

Kth_91, I am sorry that the suggestions offered in this public forum discussion, from two years ago, did not resolve the error you are facing in 2020.

Please begin a new discussion in the Get Started forum at https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/bd-p/get-started?page=1&sort=latest_replies&filter=all with the specific error you are facing and what steps you have taken to resolve the error.

Hi Jeff_A_Wright,

Ease up on the sarcasm buddy. I already did that and before posting here I scoured the internet and the same 'solutions' were being provided regardless of the date. I was not criticizing the solutions offered above and I understand that it worked for some but simply didn't for me.

Thanks for your help.
