Hi guys,
So I installed the Adobe CS6 master suite in 2013. When my job required me to get a CS cloud version of the adobe illustrator app I downloaded that. Now I don't need the CS illustrator anymore and just want to use CS6 illustrator.
However when I try to do that it tells me I can't open illustrator unless I subscribe to the CS cloud version again. Anyone know how I can get back a functioning CS6 illustrator that I already paid for? Thanks!
Cheers
Chuck

Some leftovers from your Cloud installation do that.
There are a couple of threads on the issue. And can you try this: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html

It won't let me get past step 2 as it asks I renew my subscription when I try to launch CS6 illustrator. Know of any way I can remove that ghost?

Hi Ged,
Thanks for your assistance! Which option should I choose in that link? Or should I try them all?
Best,
Chuck
