what do you mean to "complete" the installation?

 

how did you start it without an installation file?

 

or is your pse an upgrade from a previous version?

 

btw, if you need an installation file:

adobe download links prior to cc 2020 are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

 

 

 

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file.  it may not remain online.

What is the exact wording?

 

Sounds like you're installing an upgrade version and the 2018 installer is asking you to enter a serial number from an earlier qualifying product.
