I'm sorry but this isn't the solution in my case. I've reinstalled Creative Cloud which didn't work. I've reinstalled Bridge which didn't work. Used alternative download links which didn't work either. I also tried to create the folders myself but this doesn't work also.
Frankly i'm not interested in totally reinstalling my system. I can't believe that a company like Adobe can't resolve this problem and provide an advise like reinstalling your system. Providing an advise to reinstall your system when software doesn't work is a sign of weakness.
I hope somebody has an advise to resolve this problem.

Sorry for the trouble you had to go through. As you have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, I would like to confirm if you have tried all the steps listed here: Resolve Error Code 146 or 147 encountered while installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps.
If you are on a Mac machine then please try the steps given in the following thread where a similar issue has been addressed: Re: Adobe Bridge Update Error 146.

Although it should work normally, the last post did work for me. Disabling SIP was the thing that did it (second link in the post of Bani Verma.

De 2e link in de reactie van Bani Verma heeft voor mij geholpen. Nog steeds raar dat dit nu zo moet maar enfin, ik ben allang blij dat het weer werkt en ik weer verder kan.
